And if he could no more disown him than a member of his family, what does throwing him under the bus say about his family values?

I think there’s something amiss mentally when Obama can feel comfortable invoking sarcasm against those who disagree with the narrowly passed “reform”. We saw it first when he referred to “folks waving tea bags around”. Now he’s joking how Armageddon didn’t happen then a few days later saying imagine if farmers worried a day after planting seeds. It’s both “See? That didn’t hurt a bit.” and “Be patient. Nothing’s happened yet”. The unpresidential, stand-up comic/divisive tone is worrisome. Maybe Biden could fashion himself into an Ed McMahon sidekick. Does he think this will turn opposition towards him? Is he under such a bubble that he doesn’t realize the level of opposition?
