1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.

According to the Communist Manifesto, all these were prior conditions for a transition from capitalism to communism, but Marx and Engels later expressed a desire to modernize this passage.
One of the most brilliant ways to siphon off money would be to create a phony “worldwide” impending “disaster”…which was “caused by”…the rich, advanced and CAPITALIST countries…from whom the MOST was “owed” to “redistribute” wealth.
The apparatchiks, of course, would be at the head of the feeding trough, raking in money for “creating the cure” by mixing the snake oil “medicine” for application…and filling their coffers.
