I heard a military guy on Fox talking aobut this. He was in the Air Gaurd himself and he said you took a physical on the last day of your birth month. For Bush that would be July 31. So he said he did not why Killian would make an issue of Bush doing something it was not time for him to do. He said the physical was done just to make sure you had no underlying medical problems that would disqualify you from flying jets. If you weren’t flying and had other ways to do your time or could make it up later there was no need to do the physical.
