I agree. What do they think the penalty for not taking a physical is, death?

They are saying the guy was screwing around, but we are talking about a phsysical, not major surgery.

With a lot of advanced notice you go pee in a cup and talk to the doc and they do a chest xray, tell you to bend over and cough. It was 1973, half the stuff they do today was not even around then. It was not worth getting in trouble for or risking your career for or going through a boat load of paper work for and 31 years later it is worth even less.
