A question to Ron Paul supporters–where will the votes come from to elect Paul? You do realize that there are other voters besides those who want Paul? Obama’s base will vote for Obama (about 20%). The Repubican base is probably about 30%, and some of those will be write-in votes for Paul and Palin, etc. That leaves the moderates, in huge numbers. They are the ones that Obama has targeted as the “educated” upper middle-class, who,he believes, supports his values, and he will spend a lot of money to get them. They pay little attention to issues, they voted for Obama last time, and they do not take part in the noisy Republican primary, until the day for voting. They get their news from the networks and from Jon Stewart and Leno.

This is a win or lose situation, not a battle of ideals. The moderates are not going to suddenly decide that Ron Paul is the man who will bring “equality” and “justice”to America, especially with Obama telling them anything they may want to hear.

If you want to wage a battle of idealism, then let’s un-elect Obama and then start a campaign to gradually bring the moderate voters into reality of the issues. There is no short-cut, unless you think that 4 more years of Obama will be a good way to get moderates started thinking.
