In fact it is high time that Republicans started sticking together and stopped this silly circular firing squad thing they do. It would not have mattered who got the Republican nomination, some group or clique or sect would have whined and complained and decided to sit home and send a message rather than vote. One thing about Democrats, often as not they will stick together when it comes right down to it. Republicans need to start doing the same damn thing or people like Pelosi and Obama will run the country right into the ground.
