Cain was simply trying to do what Obama did, not mention things in his past that he believe would work against his election efforts. It is exactly what Obama did. No medical records from Obama? It is because he is hiding something that, if known, would have worked against him in the 2008 elections and would in 2012.
Obama has the media to protect him (who’s Larry Sinclair?) and attack his competition.
Cain thought he could get away with it. Newt knows how sleazy and corrupt the dems and media are and should be able to handle them. I believe Cain felt he could cover this just as Kerry covered sending his girl friend to Africa, but didn’t have a friendly media.
The god thing is that Cain has helped end the racist thing; it won’t stop the commies from shouting racist at Republicans, but, at least those of us who vote only once, will know that race isn’t an issue, Obama is just an incompetent doofus!
