Any actions taken as a result of alleged sexual harassment, need to be taken only after investigating all the facts surrounding the incident, in an effort to discover the truth. As it stands now, just being accused of sexual harassment, is viewed by the corporate world, as an automatic “guilty”, and too often results in the loss of the accused’s job.
This whole issue has allowed unscrupulous women, to slur, and destroy, innocent men. A redefinition of sexual harassment is necessary, to remove it as a tool of that type of woman. Unless, someone is provably guilty of attempting coercion of sexual favors, the accused, after an investigation by the company, should be held innocent, and no ill should come to his career with that company. And, perhaps, the complainants should be asked to leave that company, as happened in the Cain incident. However, no monies should be paid to the accusers.
