The dramatic &amp;#8220;agent of change&amp;#8221; is nowhere in evidence.  All we hear about are minor tax cuts and (mostly) the same old foreign affairs and financial management names, nearly a continuation of Bush policy everywhere except at the margins. We had an endless election for this?  Although relieved, on a certain level, I am also bored.  The only interesting thing about Obama so far is that he broke the Presidential color barrier.
