OT: Whatever McCain's reasoning is in this regard, this should help shore up his support from the disgruntled Hillary voters (if Obama wins the nomination). If this is McCain's actual intention, what a master stroke.

Roger I wish you'd write something about Roger Cohen the new addition to the New York Times op ed page.

The writer who I gather is from South Africa seems to think that Islam is a pluralistic religion that allows for diversity:

"Obamaís Indonesian Lessons"

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/14/opinion/14cohen.html?hp

He also says he was offended by Hillary's defense of the 'religion of my fathers," because they are not pluralistic.

This must mean that he would also be offended by the religion of my Jewish parents.

Roger Cohen also keeps confusing South Africa with the USA.

Yes, I wish someone would write a critique of this pretentious and ignorant internationalist who thinks that Islam will help us achieve diversity.

Jimmy Carter "history's greatest monster" is the gift to the American people that keeps on giving. You would think he would be "satisfied" with what he did to the country during his presidency - stagflation and the Iran Hostage crisis - but no, this bitter old man will keep on doing everything in his power to hurt our country.

Does Jimmy support the existence of Israel?

Of course, as long as it is Judenrein.

And what does Obama have to say about Carter intent to meet with Hamas?

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said on Friday it was not his place to criticize former President Jimmy Carter... "I'm not going to comment on former President Carter. He's a private citizen. It's not my place to discuss who he shouldn't meet with," Obama told reporters while campaigning in Indianapolis.

Just a spineless stance, or is he not wanting to jeopardize a future endorsement? Pure uglilness either way. Obama had a chance to show his support for the Israeli government, which has been vocal in its opposition to the meeting, and blew it.

I guess it wasn't enough to be the worst President of the 20th Century, he wants the top spot overall! When you consider his extracurricular work undermining the current administration, he's a lock.
