Peden is evidently ahead of Paul in polls. I know we were engaging in a bit of gloating, having this interview. But Paul never ceases to amaze with his views. The one I hadn&#8217;t known &#8211; probably some of you do &#8211; is that he is anti-NASA, says it&#8217;s unconstitutional. And now his district has been reconfigured into the Houston suburbs.
