Sometimes I suspect he never does &amp;#8211; or doesn&amp;#8217;t want to &amp;#8211; even though this article &amp;#8211; by an MIT meteorologist, no less &amp;#8211; should give him pause.  What about my colleagues at the Academy who awarded Al&amp;#8217;s second-rate film that Oscar?  Do they think twice?  Talk about &amp;#8221; an inconvenient truth.&amp;#8221; That film was like Discovery Channel filler.  The only reason to give it a prize was that it was &amp;#8220;right.&amp;#8221;  But what&amp;#8217;s if it&amp;#8217;s wrong?  Or what if &amp;#8211; more likely &amp;#8211; it&amp;#8217;s only half right?  Do they take back half the Oscar?  Don&amp;#8217;t hold your breath.
