Wecht is now before the law himself with an 84-count indictment, which, according to CNN,  &amp;#8220;includes mail fraud, wire fraud, theft of honest services and theft from the Allegheny County coroner&amp;#8217;s office, which Wecht heads. &amp;#8221; [What are &amp;#8220;honest services&amp;#8221;?-ed.  Beats me.] Rising to Wecht&amp;#8217;s defense is another (sorta) celeb &amp;#8211; former U.S. Attorney General Dick Thornburgh who, bloggers of all people will recall, did an okay job of obfuscating the perfidy of one Dan Rather.
