The butchers of the world know something that the U.N. diehards don’t. Because they know that the U.N. will never go after them militarily(unless the U.S. is involved) and that even economic boycotts will be dropped the moment the first dead baby hits the press they can ignore Kofi and company as long as they can handle some bad press. If they are really smart they will kill off their enemies one or two thousand at a time so they can evade genocide accusations.

In most cases leaders who don’t mind murdering their own people don’t really care whether they are well thought of at west side cocktail parties.
