Worse news: the lawyer is dead. So that's the Sunni plan: kill all the lawyers.

This 'kidnapping' is yet another in a long line of similar events.

Why does the fearless press never provide any DETAILS on these mysterious events? Except for the sad cases where the perpetrators are Islamic madmen, these cases always seem to just exist outside of all other reality.

For example today a Guardian reporter was 'freed' after being 'seized' yesterday. Might I ask without appearing crude ----WTF? How can you be grabbed up one day and just released the next. Inquiring minds really do want to know what happened. I can understand wanting to be away from any employee of the Guardian in the shortest possible timeframe, but really.

Perhaps the media can 'investigate' these cases and actually do something to inform the rest of us on the contexts of these mysterious events? People might actually learn something about the on-the-ground situation in Iraq, and what is actually happening there. You know the root causes of these events.

Well I guess that story will come right after the flying pigs expose which must be right around the next media corner.

ps --- You know those ' ' around words are really great things. And all this time I thought the BBC, Reuters, and the AP were totally without any redeeming merit. Silly me.
