President Bush dismissed this as &amp;#8220;absurd,&amp;#8221; but it is more than that.  It borders on the psychologically dysfunctional.  Many millions of people died in Stalin&amp;#8217;s Gulag, thought by some to have been even more lethal than Hitler&amp;#8217;s death camps.
