Or maybe they've simply been empowered and emboldened by certain recent events (Iraq, anyone?) to express their latent and long-held desire to end the Syrian occupation. So far, unless I'm missing something, it seems awfully quiet on the leftern front concerning the right of self-determination of the Lebanese people.
