Consider the gentleman from Georgia, and think of the process involved. He went, probably with his SO, to a place where hats like that were available. Picture him among the stacks and carrels, bulky, erect, and deliberate, considering this one and that: sequins or no sequins, with or without slogan hatband, judging the relative merits of paper or styrofoam. Finally making his choice... he paid money for that hat, then took it away. Before he came to the hall he looked at it, considered it -- <i>and put it on his head.</i> Look at his expression.
