I don’t know if it’s a foreigner. My only question is that since Obama has absolutely no history of ever developing any policy, any program – has never written a bill, never written an article – and leaves the room when the current administration gets into outlining policies and programs…then…how can it be logical that he, suddenly, has all these policies and programs, with quite specific agendas, in his pocket?

He simply doesn’t have the ‘head’, the analytic skills, much less the will, to come up with a policy. His ‘motif’ extends only to abstractions, to emotional rhetoric of oceans ceasing to rise and …

So- who is coming up with these policies? I don’t absolve the Democrats in Congress, who eagerly vote for them. My question is – who is initiating them? It’s not Obama.
