#24 Conservative Wanderer:
“Those of us who oppose this should tell our Representatives that a yea vote on the Slaughter rule will be seen as worse than a yea vote on ObamaCare, because of the dishonesty of this approach.”

Y’know, I’m not entirely sure that contacting them anymore would really matter.

It certainly appears that they’ve resigned themselves to the coming electoral Obamageddon, and thus, like so many Peoples’ Temple cultists, are jostling each other so as not to lose their place in line to drink the Pelosi Punch out of the converted oil drum.

If a congressperson is resigned to being voted out of office anyway, I don;t see where any further advisories would do any good…and the law proscribes us from threatening to burn their house down AFTER we vote them out of office.

Maybe we can threaten them that if they vote, in any way, to pass HCR->Public Option->Single Paya->Socialist UtopiaCare, we will then send Mr. Francis W. Porretto around to shoot their pets?
