7. Poor Citizen:

Barack Obama is a worse president than Bush, and Bush was a terrible president. The problem they both have is one of basic competency. Obama is clearly an intelligent man, however he has managed to spend 3 trillion dollars and somehow manage to achieve no results.
No one has ever done so little with so much.
No one ever has done so poorly with so much.
No matter how you spin it, he’s an incompetent.
