Amos, here I beg to differ – I think the election will show a significant pro-McCain majority, and while the liberals have already anticipated the Bradley-effect conspiracy as the CAUSE of this, the causes actually are/will be multiple.
One of them is the fact that Obama is a pasive/re-active person/campaign, and this works against him – the last weeks events (Georgia affair and Wall Street crash), showed that Obama cannot take rapid decisions and is overhedging, while McCain steps up pretty fast to a situation (remember Bill Clinton’s saying “Americans prefer presidents strong and wrong instead of weak and right?”
Clinton’s funny line aside, McCain will be the next US president – and this will ensure the launching pad for the other next US republican president. Ever heard about gen. Petreus?
