All to many ‘income earners’ also use welfare assistance programs and many of those at the top line of $60+K incomes. Take a look at Title I assistance for example. Also, there are millions of ‘income earners’ (working folks) who use the provisions of Medicaid for their health care coverage. Take a look at especially, the working ‘young’ who opt out of employer based insurances.

The nation is broken from the bottom up…not the top down!
