Are you kidding me? I would hardly say that Obama has gotten a free pass on everything. For weeks there was nothing but stories about his church. For weeks there was nothing but stories about his wife. For weeks there was nothing but stories about his “guns” and “religion” comment. I think Palin is being vetted at least as hard as Obama was, but that’s all in fairness. McCain, on the other hand, has not been vetted nearly as much as either democratic candidate or Mrs. Palin. The media hammered Obama for specifics on the issues, which can be found at http://www.barackobama.com/issues/, while barely requiring McCain to comment on anything besides his POW experience and “love” for America.
