Obama will be at the confernce towards the end. The dates of the conference are 7 Dec-18 Dec 2009. He will not be there at the time he receives his Nobel free prize. That will be in Oslo a week before he goes to Copenhagen. He will send his environment czars ahead to ensure the treaty is acceptable and he will sign it when he arrives with little scrutiny.
