The earth has been warming up since the last Ice Age. In that time there has been several little ice ages and a time when Greenland was green and supported agriculture. In 1938 2 ships met in the Northwest passage in the arctic, one from the Pacific and one from the Atlantic. In the late 70s the “scientific communty” warned of a new ice age.

Nope, don’t believe in that AGW is a significant player here or on Mars, who’s ice caps are receeding. Maybe something more fundamental is happening? Maybe that thermonuclear furnace in our sky? May be it has something to do with the cycles of warming and heating that have been going on as far back as we can detect?
