BarryBarry is right. Liberals are living, breathing Peter Pans. They refuse to grow up. In many ways they are simply our alter-egos: the fantastical side of our natures, where the real world is reassembled as if it were a Cubist painting. Actually, they are not liberals at all: they are reactionaries or Progressives, but in no true sense liberal. I look forward to reading Rossiter’s book.
