Herb – It is completely within in your right to be dismissive even when confronted with an alternate (clinical) assumption. In my line of work people may die if I reject clinical data that I don’t personally care for. Therefore, I am compelled to remain a lifelong student of my discipline. So the real question is: Do you believe the medical discipline of psychiatry is worthy of clinical (meaning study of humans)evaluation?
