What I find funny about it is that after inflicting a totally unnecessary wound on herself, the thought she praises is so banal and Hallmarky. Honestly, Rumsfeld’s Rules are less cliched than this supposed Mao insight. But, of course, quoting Rumsfeld would be in bad taste, given his crimes.
