Seems like just another attempt to make a political mountain out of a harmless, innocuous utterance about a long dead historical figure. An historical figure out of the past of what is now one of the United States’ major trading partners. Anyway, there is a huge difference between the meaning of a “favorite political philosopher” and “a favorite political tactician”. Unless we are mind readers, we will need to at least hear Dunn’s comment on her statement before any conclusion can be drawn.
