There are admittedly many good people who graduated from an Ivy League academic institution—especially in the hard science departments. Alas, that’s just not good enough. Far too many of them are intellectual whores. Some 40 years ago these schools instituted affirmative action policies. Things soon afterwards really started to go downhill. It’s now to the point where a soft science degree from one of these institutions isn’t worth the paper it is printed on. This is why the intellectually mediocre Barack Obama could be laughingly perceived as one of Harvard’s top students. Sadly, he may very well be among its best! Yale University is another vastly overrated school. It’s time to pull the plug. The rot is too firmly ensconced. There is a desperate need to start new universities.
