#46 – Excellent points. Innocent and rude can look a lot like guilty and ballsy. Showing a non-photo ID to a police officer is clear example of either extreme ignorance or extreme arrogance. Either way, it is absurd to suggest that the police should have concluded their investigation at that point.

By the way, since it has no photo or address, is his “Harvard ID” what you and I would call a library card?
