Racialist outrage and embarrassment in Cambridge!

My gut response to this was that it’s a shocking and disgraceful episode. Then I looked at it again and simply dismissed it as pathetic.
But that all changed when I read that Obama said the police acted “stupidly.”
This was an outrageously irresponsible remark that will not soon be forgotten by anyone with a backbone, by anyone not easily intimidated by race-baiters. I realize that we’re not allowed to acknowledge the fact that such people exist today in America, but they do. Lots of them.
In any event, what we do know is that the Boston and Cambridge Police Departments are in an uproar within their ranks. And with good reason. The President of the United States has just served notice to each and every Police Department in the country that he is against them. He has also served notice to unlawful blacks that he is for them.
He even said he didn’t have all the facts, but went right ahead anyway and condemned THE POLICE! Could you imagine if a White President in the same situation condemned the accused on insufficient evidence.
Forget Gates (easy to do), and forget the accusations against the Police. It is the behavior of the President that stands the most.
This is not good folks. Not good at all.
