Great article. Have you read the new EEOC1 papers? Our new one said hispanic/nonhispanic. Human Resources divides us by race even though we are all supposed to be equal. It also forces companies to prove that English is necessary to conduct business.Equal Employment Opportunity or forced quotas? Have we yet lost America?
