I agree that some people who benefit from the racist quotas required by affirmative action are very capable of doing well in their positions. On the other hand, some people who benefited from old fashioned racist hiring practices also did well in their positions. It is not the hires who are, or were, the problem. It is the system of racist quotas that is the problem. Affirmative Action is just another system of racist quotas. And it is administered by the government, which has no business forcing a racist doctrine down our throats.
