Impeachment will not work. It is time that we use the third branch of gov. We have a slim majority in the SCOTUS. The bailout is unconsitutional. a health czar checking everyone’s health records. Last time I looked illegal search and seizure. the rep party forgot the consiution in the last 8 years so it may take some time for them to remember it. The consitution is the greatest weapon we have. Even the military swear an oath to protect and defend that document. Not to protect the President but the document on which the country stands.
How do avg citizens begin the process of filing cases in federal court. Any taxpayer has standing.
