Unfortunately, only the House (? or is it the Senate, can’t remember)can bring those charges. Good luck with that, they are even worse. The best bet is to start some recall petitions in several critical states. Maybe Pensylvannia, for start? No matter how you look at it, we are in for a long hard fall in the next two years (at minimum).
