JackLifton, I guess your professor friend may have been correct. We both voted for Mcain and the country is in convulsions ready to collapse. Arizona is not “usurping” power from the fed..it is merely stating it’s intention to uphold the law already in place. In order for them to “usurp” power they would have to have stated that their new law applies to the other 49 states.
