This only means this:

The government borrowed some more money, will send the bill to the taxpayer to pay back with interest. They take some of the interest, pay China back and profit in the end. People will never profit. This is the NEW economy. The same method people were using when using their home equity to borrow and invest it. The idea being you can use someone else’s money to make a few bucks. They government is doing this very thing and stupid people actually think they are going to give them something…ya know… some ‘help’. LOL. What you’ll get is a small loan, (maybe $13 per week) and you will have to pay back thousands. Is that a net gain?

We are being swindled people. But hey… we might be able to look outside and see beautiful building like the chinese serfs too! We’ll be eating bread and living in shacks, but our roads and buildings will be fancy.
