As I read it, Mr. Holder said the Arizona law is unconstitutional and he proposes to test that theory in the courts.
The real problem here seems to be the inability of congress to get its act together long enough to pass immigration reform.
If the left is screaming, ‘racism”. the right is screaming. “terrorism” and “murder” with no evidence of any effect on same.
If there’s an elephant, it’s the employers who knowingly hire, and have been hiring for years, this source of cheap labor.
