It is nice to see the Peggy Noonans of the world finally come around to the reality of who Obama is, but why did it take so long and what was it that caused them to be hoodwinked in the first place? Was Peggy foolish, overtaken by irrational exuberance or simply following the herd? Was it a weak mind, a weak heart or a weak ego?
