Quick hitter: Hank – dead wrong. The GOP rewrote the Senatorial allotments in 01 to oblige the Dems. Bush renominated pending federal judges of Clintons – unprecedented. NCLB was a Democratic initiative. Medicare D was a terrible tactical retreat from a more comprehensive Democratic program. He included them in everything, all along. Too much. The idea from Democrats that he was tyrannical and cut them out stems from their own narcissicism, and expectation that their way was the only way. Your “feeling” or “impression” is meaningless.
