The speech Calderon gave could not have been better written than if one of the cartels had written it themselves. It is a blueprint for allowing unfettered access to the US and expanded ability for these cartels to sow fear and corruption in the US just as they have in Mexico.

Maybe law abiding Mexicans can not be trusted to protect themselves. In America all statistics prove that armed law abiding citizens are safer and happier in that safety than institutionalized victim hood forced on those who have been disarmed.

Calderon lied on every point of his speech. Take the guns confiscated in Mexico. 10% were sent to the US. Only the 10% they were sure were from America and only 80% of that meager lot were from the US. That seems to put the total American guns seized by Mexico at less than 10%.

If Mexico has all the solutions then why are they in the situation they find themselves in today.

As for the Democrats in congress, their drooling adulation says much about them, all of it pathetic.
