LOL, well not to split hairs much too thin Buddy, but I think that 13.768% is the definitive mark to shoot for and not a thousandth less.

Benj, Katz fails to mention that all but 4 of those 31 ear marks were repeat many more than once. Earmarks are not bad in and of themselves but everything is liable to abuse in DC’s CYA culture, EVERYTHING.

As far as “deindustrialization and Who, in this race, has more experience thinking through that issue/subject – Barack Obama who chose to spend years organizing for the Industrial Areas Foundation or Johnny Mac? Well if thinking about as issue is to be equated with actually getting something rational done, then “OH” ought to have tons of acccomplishments to point out…., ahhh?

IAF deals in political power and organizational change, I am sure “OH”s experience with the CAC and Woods foundation held him in good stead when dealing with the housing projects and other issues in de-industrialized Chicago. I’m thinking that “OH”s thinking wasn’t about the change, but about something else altogether, and I’m thinking that every time “OH” thinks he gets in trouble. But that’s just me.
