Good point… maybe we all have to start acting like we care who the judges are, and voting for President and Senator in part on that basis instead of just giving the pols a free pass on the subject?

Maybe someone from California can explain how it is that a majority voted for Prop 187 and soon thereafter voted Democrat right down the line for statewide races, and most substate races as well. I mean, any reason other than stupid?
