Josh — The problems with illegal Aliens are two-fold.
One: Their kids stay here, remain poor, and a drain on wages, taxes, and welfare/education/prison spending. Whites consume almost nothing in welfare spending, and prison spending, since they commit crimes at a very low rate and are almost never on welfare.
Two: Their kids disrupt the ethnic/racial patterns to provide voting along what Lee Kwan Yew of Singapore said is racial-religious lines. It is in the class interest of Mexican descended nationals to vote against more immigration, legal or otherwise, because it degrades their wages. However it is in their ETHNIC and RACIAL interest to vote FOR IT because it allows them to dominate politics and assume racial spoils victors.
These two reasons are why California is bankrupt. We had about the same per-capita spending ON WHITES during Pat Brown’s era. Whites only consume education spending which is not that expensive. Whites rarely consume welfare (indeed White voters don’t like it for that reason — it is only for other races, not them).
Alexis — Places in the South are experiencing massive invasions by illegal aliens. Virginia’s Richmond, Fall’s Church, and other places far from Mexico, are now inundated by them, with huge rises in social costs for cash-strapped governments. Same for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and so on. It is indeed a major issue for the South and something even Pew agrees on.
I am constantly astonished by the attitude that race, ethnic make-up, domination by one group, and changes do not matter. It is as if shouting with fingers in ears will make reality go away (the similarity to Europeans wrt Muslims who want to dominate them is striking).
I am not ashamed of my White skin. Nor do I wish to be a discriminated against minority, facing constant physical threats from Non-Whites and official discrimination and constant ethnic cleansing efforts. I have no illusions of what my life would be like as an ordinary White guy in a non-White majority area because I already live it as as second class citizen in my own State. Second class and dropping, in a State mostly socialist.
I love Mexicans and Mexico. Like De Gaulle, who loved Germany so much he wanted two of them, I love Mexico so much I want Mexicans in their own country, fixing the broken body politic, so Mexicans fully exploit their potential and become less poor, more prosperous, more middle class, and a bigger market for American goods and services. Not band-aid remittances that only make the problem WORSE so the explosion is worse.
None of you have answered my question? Why should I be a despised minority in my own State and Nation where I was the majority previously? Why should I not forthrightly blame Mexican illegal immigration and the immigrants themselves for the ills they cause? I don’t sneak into Mexico. Why should Mexicans sneak into the US, illegally, and not be called upon it? I would find that any Mexican denouncing Americans sneaking into Mexico, illegally, would be correct in demanding his nations laws be enforced.
