Sarah Pallin was a reasonable choice. IMHO, Bobby Jindal would have been the best choice and Joe Lieberman the most “interesting” choice. I admire Lieberman’s courage and morals but making him VP would have alienated the few remaining conservatives that weren’t already alienated by McCain himself. Selecting Pallin was a good slap in B. Hussein’s face vis-à-vis his treatment of Hillary. I anticipate that many of Hillary’s supportors will now vote for McCain because of Pallin. Also Pallin’s youth mitigates McCain’s age. The best news of all is that McCain did not commit political suicide by selecting Romney. Once again, McCain’s judgement has been shown to be sound.

B. Hussein’s Real Clear Politic’s average poll is only 3.5% over McCain’s, i.e. Hussein’s post-convention bounce was negligible. I’m pretty sure that Hussein has jumped-the-shark. Now that Hussein has been annointed, we can bring out the dirty laundry and start pulling him down. Watching the messiah’s political destruction will be very entertaining. The shrieks of despair from the moonbats and MSM hyenas will bring joy to my heart.
