i forgot to make my point, fedya, which was in re your observation that Kremlin might as well be writing certain sensitive wikis, i meant to conclude that it might as well be running key parts of the US financial system, too, esp if it also wanted to put a pacifist in the white house, the US in a depression, defund the US military, take over the Persian Gulf, and wrest the global system away from the Dollar, too.
