I find it interesting that so few people have appeared in the media who actually knew The One at any of those early, murky moments in His rise to inevitability. No boyhood chums from Hawaii–was The One Frank’s ONLY young acquaintance?–no fellow law students, no beneficiaries of His inestimable work at Annenburg, no legal clients made whole, or constituents healed. Make no mistake: I don’t doubt His divinity. But I do wonder who was allowed to touch the hem of His robe so many years before, at long last, He condescended to help the rest of us.
