You are correct to move cautiously such things. One jot or tittle out of place in the assertion, and it enables the MSM to discredit ANY allegation about BHO, thus insulating him from further criticism.

I have a bias against the guy. I think he is unqualified for the job, and a real hazard for America. I’d almost rather have Jimmy Carter in office again over BHO, because I’m certain of Carter’s personal history. The fact, as you mention, that we know so little about this guy (and how anyone gets slammed who dares asks those questions) is scary.

Personally – all I want out there are the facts, and nothing but the facts. My cousin’s father-in-law, a good man, was breathlessly asserting that BHO was “outted” as a non-US citizen, thus unqualified to hold office. I was able to research that myth pretty quickly.

This information is interesting. The Quran gives faithful Muslims a wide berth to deceive (and in other ways abuse) infidels and the “Dhimmitude”. Given the war (Islam against the US and world) ongoing, arguably for 30 years now, and the clear political and extra-nationalistic goals expressed by adherents of Islam, questions about Islamic support for a prospective candidate for US CinC, should give any sane American pause. It’d be like discovering that McCain has paternal first cousins related Putin, and then discovering financial ties between Mrs. McCain’s business to FSB business fronts, 10 days after the Georgian invasion and 60 days prior to the election. It would not be definitive (and could in fact be contrived by political opposition, i.e. the accusation is sufficient in the media spin world), but wow, Americans need facts and answers about BHO – and fast.
